ELYSE HANSON
Elyse has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience across the full spectrum of industry functions including acquisitions, asset management, underwriting, due diligence, and construction management. Prior to founding Mallard Investment Partners, Elyse spent nine years at Blue Moon Capital Partners, most recently as Chief Compliance Officer/Director of Investments. There, she led the due diligence and transaction closing for over 25 senior housing communities worth $1.4 billion, including ground-up developments, value-add opportunities, and stabilized acquisitions. Prior to Blue Moon, Elyse worked at Paradigm Capital Advisors. Elyse received her BA from Harvard University. She is an alumni of the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care’s Future Leaders Council. Elyse serves on the Steering Committee of the Harvard Real Estate Alumni Organization’s Boston Chapter.

Elyse lives in the South End with her son and enjoys doing crossfit and trying new restaurants around the city in her free time.
MEGHA VADULA
Megha has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience that spans local and national projects with a focus on complex, large scale mixed-use urban development. She has experience with a variety of product types including residential, office, lab, retail and healthcare. She has worked on more than 5 million square feet of development including ground-up, redevelopment and adaptive re-use. She previously worked at Hilco Redevelopment as Vice President of Mixed Use Development and at Pembroke Real Estate (Fidelity Investments), Redgate Real Estate Advisors and Leggat McCall. Megha received her B.S. Arch and M. Arch from the University of Michigan. She is a member of ULI Boston and is on the Housing and Economic Development Council. She has previously been involved with CREW and NAIOP.
Megha sits on the Board of Directors for Third Sector New England and the Board of Advisors for Boston Harbor Now. She lives in Dorchester with her husband and two kids and enjoys playing tennis in her free time.
